Winter Blues

It is now the end of December and the Ice on the roads mock my silver BMW 1200clc. I am feeling the winter blues. I am scheduled to have my lap band done Feb 9th and that is keeping some of the blues away. I am new to the board and can't wait to be a post op patient. I can't wait to be able to sit on my bike and not have my stomache get in the way of the gas tank. Whoopee. I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Trish and I live in Central Washington. Welcome Trish! The board has been pretty quiet lately. I think most everyone here is hibernating with their bikes! I had my surgery in November and am really looking forward to riding in the spring! I didn't put many miles on last year because I wasn't feeling up to it and the heat really bothered me. I know it is a ways away, but good luck on your lap band surgery! Good luck in February Trish, and just think how great it will feel to be on that bike next summer, with all that weight gone. Steve
