I just luv to ride.. anywhere... have you found any Tech sites? http://www.startouring.org/ is a good place to be and you can get TONS of tech advice... All Factory seats suck... I think they do it on purpose. Just a heads up to anyone who cares... www.alaskaleather.com the sheepskin pads ... make a huge comfort difference.. I have one and I am a long distance cruiser.. Thanks all, the v-star is lots of motorcycle for the price. I was back riding after about 2 weeks, my surgeon lifted all restrictions at that point and took that to mean that I could start riding again. I going on a poker run this weekend to raise money for prostate cancer research and the local cancer centre, its my first large group ride, its a little intimidating the thought of being in a large pack of a few hundred other riders but I figure you have to start somewhere.
