WOW!! What fun!!! And YES everything happens for a reason... that was soo cool about them tickets!!! Dont ya love the smaller newer you!! I am in a size 12.. can hardly beleive it!!! I am riding Twinkle up to Mt St Helens today.. I will take lots of pix and post the best ones for you to see in my profile. I am meeting a new riding partner today. We will start with breakfast and then work our way to the Volcanoe. He says he likes to make many sightseeing stops (so do I!!) we should have a great time!!! Hey everyone: Yes Jennifer I am here..... there, all over Austin this weekend.... I am sorry you cannot make it here Jennifer.... I look forward to meeting you. I left work yesterday and went home to change and it was nasty all day, but cleared up. So we thought, ah we live about 12 miles from ROT lets head out on the bike... Well we got almost to ROT and got soaked..... (no rain gear with us)... so we pulled over at a little store and hung out with 2 other couples. There was a local radio station there and DH decided to spin the wheel and won 4 ROT tickets. We had already bought ours months ago, so we gave them to the 2 couples from Dallas.... They were so excited. So I believe that God does everything for a reason., and I guess the rain was the reason yesterday... We made some new friends and we were able to give what we had recieved. David Allen Coe played the concert last night and it was an enjoyable nite. Town is full of bikers already and it is exciting.... I am excited because last year I was almost 300 pounds and would not even think of getting on the bike. I was miserable embarrased to be around our biker friends, and just down and out. This year, you can't keep me off the bike, and we carpooled in this morning to work on 2 wheels.. so we can both leave early to go ride... Girls... I have enough hair wax in my hair to choke a horse, but let me tell you, I got to the office with hair intact..... and I have to admit it felt pretty good to pull on a pair of size 10 jeans this morning. I am looking so forward to the rest of the weekend.... email is [email protected].... The ROT is this weekend. I was planning on going, but had some other things come up that can't be missed...so, maybe next year... If you're going, Vickie (Goodyear) was looking to meet up with some other WLS folks. Let me know if you need her email address.
