Hey Lynn,
Actually doing a ride down to Kartchner Caverns early on Sunday. Got my winter riding gear and ready to go. Nice to have the heated seat and grips. I get so cold now compared to before.
Leaving Gilbert at 5am. BRRRR

Hi Michael,
I've been riding a little bit already but the weather has not been so good lately. At least you get to ride all year, we get a little snow and ice up here. I went out today for a few miles and loved it...of course! I was thinking of riding to Superior for lunch on Sunday. I'll go down thru Globe if I go...how about you, got any riding plans for the weekend?

Hi Lynn,
Welcome to the post surgery side. You will have so much more fun on your bike when the weight flys off. Had to buy all new gear, darn. hehe. Well when you are up to it let me know and we will hit the road.

Hi Michael,
Nice pic of you on your Concours. I had an '02 Connie but I switched to an ST. It's nice to ride different styles, isn't it? They're all fun!

Hey all, just found this forum. Looking for buddies to ride with. I have a BMW R1200CLC, Kawasaki Concours, and Suzuki VS800 Intruder Chopper. So I am ready to ride. Any takers?

Hi Angel J!
Sorry to hear about your mishap! How's the leg healing?
I started out the summer good with a lot of riding, but it has slowed down a bit for me. I'm looking forward to some cooler weather and more riding this fall.
Take care,
Matt

Ouch! sounds like a serious set back. Well you can at least hang out by the pool and enjoy the sun lol Hopefully your bike wasnt too damaged. Take it slow and dont push yourself to get back up to soon. I know its difficult, I had carpal tunnel surgery and couldnt wait to ride and sort of pushed my recovery. Bad idea!!! well hope you heal quickly and get to ride again this season
Topic: Hi Everyone
Just wanted to say hello! I been out riding every weekend ... ususally average
500 to 700 miles a weekend.. but this last weekend I was on way to poker run went over a slippery metal plate in road and to prevent going down I ended up with 2 fractures and a knee sprain so I am sidelined for a few months...
Hope you are well and riding!

Hi Angel!
Good to hear from you! Yes, I agree - we need to be out enjoying the weather instead of sitting in front of a pc. But it is good to hear what is going on with our fellow biker friends, too. I briefly looked at the dam site, but couldn't find you pic. It looks likes you have visited quite a few!
I've been having a great summer, so far. But it sure is going quickly! A couple of weeks ago I took my son to a MSF course which he passed with no problem. He has now gone on a couple rides with me and we've had a great time. Don't worry, I'm not pushing him, but I'd rather take him out and help teach him properly than to have him try to learn on his own. We live in a somewhat rural area, so we're keeping it pretty low key for now.
Hope you are getting a lot of miles in!
Matt
