I saw the new Harry Potter movie - my sis is a big fan and I'm usually her movie partner. I wasn't terribly excited about going, but I must say - it was excellent, the best one so far. The ending was a bit lame though. Anyone else see it? What did you think?

Oh yeah! I was never into South Park and that movie made ME CRY from laughing so hard! It was great! (not recommended for kids though...but that's up to the parents).

Topic: RE: Anyone seen SAW!!!??
Since I grew up watching horror films like EVERY DAY (watched Exorsist at age 4)...I thought it was an alright movie. The GRUDGE was a little more my style but still, not that scary. A cool "horror" flick I saw lately was "THE EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE". That was kinda cool.

The first time I saw Napoleon, I hated it....but I watched it over and over and now I LOVE IT! I dunno, it's weird. The last movie though that made me laugh out loud was ANCHORMAN...it was soooo stupid funny!

Movies that I can think of that made me cry:
Mr. Holland's Opus
La Vitá e Bella (Life is Beautiful)
The Passion of the Christ
Steal Magnolias
Bambi (when I was a kid)
My Girl (when I was a kid)
The Notebook
La Bamba

Topic: RE: North Country two thumbs up
I agree Mitzi - it was great! I see a couple of Oscar nods happening for this movie.
I also liked "In Her Shoes". I wept and called my sister the minute I got out of the theatre. If you've seen it, you'll know why!

Topic: North Country two thumbs up
Hi all, I saw North Country yesterday. The true story of how the sexual harrassment law came about. It is really good and give it two thumbs up. Oprah promoted it so I knew it would be worth seeing.
