quick update

Hi all I just wanted to say that after surgery at about the three week mark I stalled  and it lasted for about three weeks which I knew would happen but it still sucked! 

But .....this week I finally broke my stall and lost 6.5 lbs.

So now for a grand total I have lost 61 lbs in 9 weeks (including the three weeks of losing nothing)

This is really happening

way to go keep it up it going take time to loose the wait but you can do it we didn't put the weight on in one week or month or year so your on your way healthier and wonderful life.
