I'm sure the headaches will pass...just the way of the body reacting to only having 760 calories a day via diabetic boost!! I don't count the calories in the vegetables as its barely anything lol
I will be having my last day of boost when you start lol...can't wait until the day is finally here haha

Oh how exciting! I'm getting my sleeve done on June 6th with dr savoie so I start my boost on the 25th. You must be soo excited!!!!
I hope your headaches go soon! I'm hoping I don't have headaches much because I gave up caffeine last November when I started this adventure, an in march, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so have been very limited with carbs, whether it be sugar or bread, potatoes, etc... Let's hope anyhow!!

Day #2 of the Diabetic Boost diet!! Going pretty good. Can't wait for the headache to pass though...until my body accepts what I am doing to it!! lol

Surgery for my sleeve is May 26th with Dr. Semerjian in Bathurst...and 1 day before my birthday...I got my bday gift after all :)
I just got the call from Dr. Boisvert's office yesterday. I'm pretty excited! I've been waiting for 3 years as well.
Omg I am so excited for you!!! This wait has been awful but I know it's all worth it. Keep us posted.

It's funny that way isn't it? When I got my call I hung up the phone and was filled with so much excitement. In the next breath I was full of fear and stress. I think I spent the rest of the day with my head in a fog trying to figure out all of the logistical issues like work, childcare, volunteer commitments, etc. I'm not sure the excitement ever really came back before surgery but the dread and fear was gradually replaced with anxiety. Now I am 4 months post up and finally feeling truly well.

Finally got my surgery date! It is June 30th. Funny how you hope and hope for that call and the minute after you get the call ...fear sets in....maybe thats just my craziness. I know alot are waiting for that call....I signed my consent Oct 3rd.
I have seen a post like this before with the same issues and it ended up being a kidney stone. Strange enough.
Yayyy. So you can let me know what to expect each stage I go through since you'll have just gone through it!! Lol. Good luck. Do you start your boost on Monday?
