I'm wondering if this could be due to the brand or form?? Who knows! I can't recall the brand I took, but I purchased it at whole foods or sprouts (can't remember which but I know it was one if these stores) and it was the liquid version with the dropper. I have to start taking it again because on my latest labs, my Vit D level was a little low 😞
Same for me!!! Lol no constipation, dizziness or negative suede effects whatsoever. But I DID notice a burst of energy after a while. Everything affects everyone differently!!
seriously what would a squeeze of lemon juice do to you when you've gone from eating 2000+ cal a day to 800? Even consuming 40+ net carbs a day will keep you in ketosis. Just wondering, not telling anyone to go against advice! I did cave and eat a lot of meatloaf one night during my pre op shake diet. I didnt drink my shake that night though. Still lost 30 lbs in two weeks. And I put instant coffee in every shake I drank, it was a lifesaver let me tell you!

The vitamin D didn't bother me, it was the Iron supplements, they ripped my stomach up and gave me major problems with my back side! My NUT said I could stop them if I felt I was getting enough protein and once I did I went back to normal.

Sorry to hear your going to be stuck in the waiting place for a little while longer. I remember very well what that felt like. Your day will come soon though and you will be successful and it will all be worth it believe me! Take care. J.

Sending you wished for a speedy recovery! I hope your experience at the Bathurst hospital is as wonderful as mine was! The level of care was above and beyond what I imagined!!!
The scope was done yesterday, and went well if anyone was wondering.
I was nervous, but the staff at George Dumont were wonderful and very comforting. I remember turning on my side and having someone inject something into my IV. I remember thinking "This isn't going to work...." and next thing I remember I was back in the recovery room waking up. I remember nothing. I had a bit of a sore throat last night and this morning, but it seems to be going away. I'm sure I'll be back to 100% tomorrow.
Now I just have to wait for the next step! :)
Good luck for a speedy recovery, you are going to do great. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
Oh that is exciting!! Good luck and post your progress!
