Hi, NadiaO. I have just checked my notes from the info class I was in and I have 6wks, 3-4mths, 6mth, then 1 per year.
Hi NadiaO, I'm not certain but they should be able to tell you when you call admissions for your surgery time.
OMG!!! If I get on that table and then find out that I have to do this for longer....uuughh. I feel so bad for the person above. I am scheduled for the 14 in Bathurst too. Which Dr do you have, I have Dr Savoie.
I think any of us who have already been through this stage totally understand what you are going through. It was the MOST difficult part for me for sure. I had gained 18lbs over 9 months from when I signed my consent papers to when I got the call for surgery which resulted in having to do a week of boost and then 2 weeks of the Slimtime shakes...there were many days over the 3 weeks that I just wanted to give up and cheat but I did it and you can do it too!!!
Keep your eye on the prize it will be worth it!! I am 6 weeks out of surgery and I am down 50 pounds!!
Use instant coffee, use ice to keep them cold, drink lots of water, go to bed early and don't put yourself in situations where there is a lot of food! I avoided people, places and events during that 3 weeks!

OMG! I was so afraid that was going to happen to me! I did 3-4 Boosts a day and used my veggies twice and only lost 10 lbs. hang in there girl!!!
Hi,
I can only speak for myself .. My 2nd apt was the following month.
Feb - 1st meeting
Mar - 2nd meeting (dr Savoie)
Apr - Info Session / Hospital Tests
Aug - Got the Call
I can understand why you would feel frustrated :( I sincerely hope this round works for you....
I am also scheduled for surgery on the 14th. I have been on Boost for a week now, starting the 2nd week.... Didn't even realize there was the possibility that the Liquid/Veg Diet would not shrink the liver enough for surgery :(
Good luck
