My understanding is that is normally mailed out - they called me as there was a bit of a mix-up with my contact information. I was supposed to be scheduled much earlier, etc...
Not sure how long it takes as I was apparently (found this out on my last visit) in limbo for several months.

i am over three years out and struggle with this same issue still. i would mention it to your dr. when you talk with them next.
Yes I am drinking low sugar/calorie milk, Gatorade and juice no problem. Just having problems with water. It gives me this painful feeling after I drink some
Two cups of water - 500mls - is not enough. Are you getting more liquids in through other means - IE - - juice, flavored water, milk, broth, even sugar free popcsicles - etc? It doesn't have to be plain water. As long as it is caffeine free and not loaded with fats - most any liquid will do. And your water intake doesn't have to be in large amounts at a time. Sip, sip ,sip. Good luck to you!
Well it's been 15 days post op, I've definitely been having some struggles. I've been so nauseous an vomitting all the time, which is quite rare.... I've talked to so many people who have none of that.... In defensive of the sleeve, I worked three jobs and go to school full time so I was quite wore out by the time I had my surgery. My weight loss on boost was 11 pounds, and 19 lbs since surgery. Despite the nausea I wouldn't change it for the world.... Oh and I've had no pain and my incisions are doing great.
but for those newly facing surgery, let me just say this.... The temptation of food is everywhere.... Every commercial is food, Facebook full of recipes.... Family outings.... It's just everywhere so make sure you have a good family support system in place because it's not easy!! But certainly do able!
hey everyone, I'm 3 months post op now and still having trouble getting all my water in. It gives me pains in my stomach when I drink water. Anyone have any advise or going through the same issue. I get about 2 cups a day.

So it's been a while - how is it going now? I hope things have gotten better and I'm very interested to hear the account of someone who is newly post-op.
