Need Help with Plastic Surgery

Hi everyone, Went to see a plastic surgeon today and found out that Medicare doesn't pre-approve for plastic surgery which means they may or may not cover the surgery and not sure of what it cost and was wondering if anyone had any advice on what I could do next. I have Medicare and Medicaid and am on disability so therefore self pay is not an option for me. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me. Kathy
