And the scale says...

So I got on the scale today and it finally read 299! ...OK, well it was 299.8, but still 299! I was thinking about it today and I have not seen that number for at least 14 years. So for those keeping score, that's  XL shirts on Friday, a great get together in Charlotte on Saturday and my first Sunday in 14 years spent under 300lbs. Like my XL shirt says, "Life is Good."
