Sleep Clinic

Well, the Dietician appt. went great, I really like Jodi. Now ,in a couple hours I will be doing my sleep study. That will be all for this week. I will then get ready for next Tuesday for the fitness trainer. Maureen

I am new too!!  Had a nerve conduction test today for RLS  and also Thyroid panel and scheduled for a sleep study Thursday and a Bone Density Test next week. You are another lower BMI that I have had a hard time finding....My BMI is currently a little over 36 but with several co-morbidities. Keep us updated...looks like I won't even get a consult appt. until September sometime. Dr. Mitchell's office in Pinehurst stays packed. Just have to stay patient.

Just got home from the sleep test. I think it went well. I won't know the results until  the DR. goes over the findings. I asked her how I did. All she said was I didn't meet his number!  I hope that doesn't mean anything bad.  They ask you questions in the morning like, How many times did you wake up?  Did you sleep better or worse at the clinic? Well, DUH!  I'll let you all know. Well, got to get ready for work. Maureen
