Good Morning, Happy Friday!

Just wanted to say TGIF and happy Friday to all!  I'm up early today to get the most out of today that I can before it starts to get hot!  Anyone have any wonderful plans for the weekend??????? Nancy

I DO! I DO! Here are my wonderful plans: First, I'll start my Saturday morning with a few loads of laundry. (Oh, happy, happy, joy) Then, while I'm doing that, I'll pass some more time by dusting and vaccuuming.  Maybe clean a couple toilets and mop! I'm so excited, I can hardly stand myself! Oh, the joy of my fun-filled weekend. Don't be jealous, y'all. Same to you Nancy, my exciting weekend consists of the early morning toilet cleaning "promenade"... the vacuum the rooms "twist" and lawd if I don't dust the bunnies are going to revolt and move me out of my home. (sound familiar) I do get to do one thing that is exciting, my friend is having her birthday dinner at PF Changs and I get to go and watch folks eat, checked the menu there is nothing really there that I can have at this time.... Can't wait until next week, when I start on pureed food But really, I am just looking forward to the weekend it will be two weeks since my surgery and I really starting to feel the effects of this surgery on a positve note.  .    Last night I actually chased my daughter around for a second and laughed, it has been along time since that happened... Have a great weekend everyone!!!!

When you go to PF Chang's ask them to make you some won ton soup, but please leave the won ton's out ... I know that it sounds a bit strange, but the ginger, garlic and other savory flavorings will tasts great and you won't be harming yourself in any way. If you don't want to draw attention, they can leave the won ton's in and you can just eat around 'em.

Have a great time with your friends and remember that not having all the "stuff" they are having is a short-term sacrafice for your long-term health.

Hi Nancy!

Good morning and happy Friday to you!  I am an early morning person also!  The coffee is hot for anyone wanting a cup. :)  I have some yummy sugar free french vanilla creamer to go with it.  I am working the weekend but that is good news as end of month bills are lurking around the corner! I just had to buy a new car and we all know how that eats up the savings account.   I thank God for the overtime right now.  I will be cooking and freezing soups this morning, cleaning, mopping, laundry, dishes and then.... off to work... oh yes and in there I will squeeze walking the dog, shower and cleaning the bird cage.  LOL

  Well my exciting weekend actually starts this morning.  Like you Mare I will be doing laundry laundry laundry (it's been a while and really piled up).  Then I have three dates... toilet downstairs, daughter's toilet and master toilet.  Then "Dirt Devil" will be taking me out for a spin.  OHHHH the excitement I can hardly contain myself.  Then I get to pack up my car for a trip to....... work/school... YIPPIE!!!  I end my weekend with getting ready to set up my classroom for the upcoming school year.   Then I get to "fight" with my 4 year old Sunday night to get her to bed early now that summer break is over and the best part "fight" with her  Monday morning to first get her up early and then brush her teeth.  Go me, Go me!!  Now don't be too jealous ya'll can't have this much fun! LOL

You guys are having too much fun for me.  There is nothing really on my agenda for the weekend excep****ching my 3 year old and helping my teammates in my graduate class put together a business proposal.  I don't have to clean or cook since my husband does all of those chores.  All I have to do is work, watch our daughter, and school work so life is good.  Now once I get my degree finished the chores will probably go back to being shared but until then I am going to live the high life of a queen.   Amanda 261/175

I have plans but like many other I'm not so sure if they're so wonderful...LOL! Hubby and son will be doing some work at a friends house so they'll be gone from dawn to dusk and daughter will be?? I will be CLEANING...going to clean out my closet an dresser....arg! Better put on a dust mask, some of those clothes will probably fall apart when I take them off of the hangers! LOL Yes, that old..LOL! Always said I was going to lose weight and fit back into them. Now, they're going...they'll be out of style when the time comes AND I plan on spoiling myself with new clothes as I lose weight....no looking back! Sunday will probably be R & R. Maybe go up to the lake?
