GRRRRR the final answer is still *In Process* I can check the status online now and trust me Ive been to the website 20000000000000000000 times today..... Im calling them tommorro and asking why its taking so long LOL I know I need more patience.... Tricare is usually really fast with decisions and Im thinking with the holiday they got backed up
