WOW I am in the 170s!!!!

WooHoo!     You are lookin so good.  It's hard to believe you're the same person that Ellen and I visited a few months back! I know what you mean about the scale games.  Mine has been very stingy with giving up pounds lately.  I know this too shall pass.....  Keep up the great work.  Alice

Thanks Alice, and yes I feel and look a lot better then the time you and Ellen saw me the day after surgery dont worry those pounds will stop fighting and eventually that old pesky scale WILL move!!

Dont worry Darcie I am going to keep walking. I love my ipod which I have loaded with lots of Buffy music it helps  me KEEP ON WALKING THROUGH THE FIRE LOL I am also riding my bike at home too after walking. Woo Hoo Darcie!  I've been stuck in the 240's for a couple of weeks and on top of seeing a 23_ on the scale... so maybe this week will be "it."  I love it when we drop down into the next ten-ish somethings.
