3 weeks out
But I did manage to eat about 2 tbsp on 4 wheat thins. My pouch was so happy to have crackers I swear it was doing leaps and summersauts. Anyways I just wanted to say thank you for your help. Now I must start going thru baby things and lots of other junk this week for a huge community yard sale.
Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Congratulations on your losses/wins! Please know that the first few weeks really are the hardest; it will get better from here on out. It seems to me like the first few weeks are almost like boot camp or when you first get home with a new baby. It's hard work and there are soooo many adjustments to make, but eventually you get the hang of it, things settle in and it becomes a distant memory.
Keep doing what you are doing. You will be amazed at the changes you see in yourself physically, psychologically and emotionally as each new month passes.
