  Oh my gosh Barb!  You're at GOAL!  I'm so excited for you!  I knew you would get there, but actually seeing it or hearing it is thrilling! May you be as successful in maintenance as you've been getting to goal.  I know you will be...you've worked on your head as well as your body, so you have all the tools!  :)   I feel like I'm following in your footsteps.  You tend to post something and then a few months later I start experiencing those same things.  Funny how this all works, isn't it?   I am so happy, elated, thrilled for you Barb!  Congratulations on making it to Goal!
