Good Day Sunshine

Today is going to be a great day!!
I am taking this day off from working out.
It is good to rest your body a day or two.
It is hard for me to not go get on my machines but I know rest is also important.

I think it's time for you to start some weight training!  Start looking for free weights and when you get to this point, I'd be happy to show you some easy things you can do to help tone your arms and chest.

Glad you are getting the enjoyment out of your machines!  I can't head to the Y today, and it's going to kill me!

Hi Annie. Because of all the craziness surrounding family coming to visit this week from out of state including very youg grandkids I couldn't get the GC today but maybe able to get there next month. Surgery day is almost here!
