My surgery is next week thursday. I am so excited one minute and scared silly the next but I believe I am ready to take the next step. I want to run around and play with my kids, I want to sit at a booth without my boobs sitting on the table. LOL
There is so much that I have missed over the years and thinking about getting all that back just makes it all worth it.

If you are half as excited as I am then you're in big trouble. I started this whole process last fall at Thanksgiving time - look at me now. 8-8-8 I can't wait.

Mine are always gone in the first 15 lbs of any diet I've ever gone on. Poor girls. Fitting into a booth is a wonderful idea.

Unfortunately, I had to delete this post due to privacy concerns.

Got a lap band in 2008. Tried hard, but didn't lose much weight & developed swallowing problems. Fought my insurance company for almost a year & finally had a band to DS revision on 5/11/12. Have now lost 125 pounds. Yay!
