When the time is right it is going to happen for you.
Look at it like this you have been given a little more time to prepare yourself.

While i am sorry you have to wait i am glad your PCP was conscientious enough to call your surgeon. Better safe than sorry! Maybe they will get a cancellation and call you in early. Take care!
