I have read something about a "5-day pouch test." Have you heard of that? I think it's for people who feel like they have hit a plateau, aren't sure their pouch is working for them, etc.

I'm sorry that this happened and of course you can log your intake and activity to see if there are any 'tweaks' you can make, but to be honest, your body has been on a long trip and probably just needs to take a break before it continues this miraculous journey your taking it on. If you read through my profile, you'll see that I had similar things happen to me and I had the same OMG I'm not ready for this to be over thoughts. Stay with the program and you'll be fine.
Hang in there!

Deep down I know this is true but it is so frustrating. Thanks for the advice. Maybe the scale will move soon. I have never measured so I don't know if I have lost inches. I work in the heat and drink a lot of flavored water and decafe tea. But it looks like I would sweat that off. Sorry to wine

I've had stalls throughout this process, they happen. You will, for the most part just have to wait it out. You are fortunate that you haven't had one before now, frankly. In any event, the best advice I have heard for breaking a stall is to shake up your routine. Fit in some extra protein, drink more water, and change your exercise routine. If you haven't been exercising up to this point, maybe now would be a good time to start. Your body will rest for a bit, but it will lose again, you're most likely not done yet.
Good luck and take care.
