I'm still losing weight ...
You are doing a great job. Keep it up! I'll bet you'll be able to wear that pink paisley top of mine that you liked so much in January sooner than you think!

What about a milkshake from one of the fast food chains once a week? would it cause you to become sick?
I feel sure you will level out soon. I assume you have looked at all health issues and there is not a problem brewing that could cause weight loss. Are you exercising too much? what about getting enough sleep? not stressing?
You are so beautiful/lovely... don't get frown marks worrying about a few more pounds.
Shelia
Hi Sheila,
I imagine that you will be in my shoes, more or less ... in a year or so.
I have to admit that I have had some milkshake, but honestly, I never had more than a few sips. It doesn't make me sick, but I just don't have that much anymore.
I don't really have health issues that would be causing the weight loss, I have been pushing hard, but I also make sure to eat. If anything, I probably don't exercise enough; that's something I need to work on. I probably don't get quite enough sleep, but again, I'm working on that one. Stressing ... I think it's my middle name. I used to eat like crazy when stressed, I still and probably always will be an emotional eater, but I haven't been resorting to that.
Thanks for your support and compliments.

Good thought, but I had it checked a couple of months ago and all is well there.
Thanks for the suggestion,

If you have not gotten a metabolism test done yet I would suggest getting one so you can find out exactly how many calories you are needing? If you are not getting any bread/starch carbs or limiting thats definately a place to start.

Hi Jami,
Please don't worry. I'm sure that you and I will be just fine. I hope that I told look overly skinny and sickly. I imagine that I can still lose another 10 lbs and still 'look' okay, it's just that since I have 'extra skin' issues that I wouldn't have if I'd always been a normal size, I'm really sensitive about it. I don't think that people look at me and wonder if I'm anorexic or seriously ill. I think that I still look healthy, it's just that as I lose more weight the extra skin shows itself more readily. Since my weight loss is so slow now, I'm hoping that it's going to taper off soon.
Again, please don't worry. I'm sure that it will be fine...for both of us, it's just another part of the journey and I'm trying to find my way.
Wishing you all the best,
Barb
