I am so excited for you!!!  You are in great hands with Dr. Fuzz and his team.  As far as vitamins and supplements go, I get most of mine at Wal Mart.  When you meet with Amber for your nutrition class, she will give you all the info on that plus a lot of other good stuff you will need.  Here's hoping the next month goes by fast for you!!!

I have the nutrition class scheduled for 8/29.   I am very excited.
