Havent loss weight

Hey guys, I'm not feeling good right now. I have my decision appt. tomorrow and I'm kinda weary about going because I havent loss that much weight since my initial appt. I think it's like a couple of pounds. The positive side is that I hvent gained! I dont know how he will veiw this, I'm determine but it has been so hard to get this weight off. I have started to use the guidelines that were given to me by my nut. So I have prayed and know that God heard me and will answer. I'm going to over come my issue with weight and PCOS!!!!

I wouldn't worry too much.  I hadn't lost a whole lot at my decision visit either, as I recall.  They will want you to lose more between now and your surgery date, but I'm betting that you'll be put on a liquid diet that will take care of that.  Just be sure to follow their suggestions for the next few weeks/months prior to surgery.  It's important to shrink that liver before surgery, the liquid diet or other weight loss measures are mainly for that purpose.

As you said -- you didn't gain!  That's pretty awesome.  A lot of people (:::coughcoughcough:: ... like perhaps me! ...  ::coughcoughcough::) go a little crazy and gain weight when they're making that big decision.

I definitely had "last meal syndrome" before surgery! Good luck at your appointment. I think you will be fine.
