I made these and they are good and not to sweet.
I have noticed it has taken me about 3 hours to eat one bar because it stays in the pouch.
Cutting the bars are not so easy so I am thinking that next time I made them I will use mini muffin cups.

This is something I might just make- Thanks Annie!
I wonder since they aren't too sweet if I can put some splenda in?
I have a terrible sweet tooth!

Nancy,
I would think you could add some splenda or most anything you like in fact next time I make them I am going to add some PB and some oat bran.

Mmmmm... sounds good Annie!  Thanks for the recipe!!!  I used to love Almond Joy's and hopefully this will curb this sweet tooth of mine... ugh!  I'll probaby try them in the mini muffin cups also since you said they were hard to cut.

Sounds really good but i am to lazy to cook anything by the time i gt home from work.  On weekends i am usually playing in the yard or swimming.  My poor family doesn't get any home cooking except on holidays.

Enjoy!

Jaimee,
I would give yourseld a little time to heal before eating things like this.
I am one year out and have finally gotten to the point I can eat cereal but only in small amounts.
