I dedicate my work out to Iris today.

Today I have one person on my mind and it is Iris.
I am looking forward to sharing this incredible life afirming journey with her.
Words cant describe how good I feel and I know it is because of my own choices.

First thing I thought of when I saw today's date...8/8/08...was Iris!  Will be thinking of her also, especially as we watch the Opening Ceremonies this evening.
