Thank you for your post.
Exercise for people like you and I is very crucial.
I know what you are talking about when you were just focasing on protien and not the whole picture.
Thanks to Barb I have learned to be accountable to myself.
I use sparkpeople.com daily and love earning trophys for my fitness.
I just got another trophy and may only be a small picture but to me it helps me.
Yesterday I burned 1500 calories OMG I could not belive it.
Yes Ellen it does help us feel so much better.
I hope to see you on Saturday I may have to wear my 18 jeans to show them off.

Hey Ellen:

You are so right!  Exercise is so important to our wt loss.   I normally swim laps, walk in the shallow water which creates reistance and do water aeroebics after work daily.   This week has been a very busy week so that all went to the wayside.   While i normally lose 3 lbs a week...this week i squeaked out 1 and that was only after working my tail off all day yesterday in the yard and pool.

I woke my husband up early and we are going out for a walk as soon as i finish my cup of coffee (need the caffeine to wake up).
