8/23 Accountabilty Zone for All

Well, I did not get in a lot of pure exercise, just a short walk late this afternoon.  I hosted a Surprise 80th birthday party for my mother at our church fellowship hall. I did most of the cooking for between 55-65 people.  Put together a power point presentation of old pictures and tried to keep her from killing me.  I got cousins she had not seen in years to come from out of town, other family from Florida, and Virginia. She said it was the only time in her live that someone had thrown her a birthday party! 

When she got to the church she thought she was delivering a box of stuff that my sister in law needed. We had the lights out and everyone was sitting real quite and when she walked in we shouted Surprise and She almost dropped to her knees and said "Well, ****!"  I thought our preacher was going to fall in the floor he got so tickled!  I don't know how long it will be before she decides to let me live.  I'll post if death is imminent! LOL

I work too hard since I am not quite 2 weeks out, so exercise was pretty much a bust!

But I will do better tomorrow!

I suspect all that prep work and then the avoidance of your Aunt's wrath took care of the exercise needed at two weeks out. You may even need Sunday to relax.

FYI

I take acidophilus whenever I am put on antibiotics. It replaces your "good bacteria" or "flora" so things like yeast infections don't happen.

I am taking that ....now. I wish I had thought of it before but I have never had this happen before. And it seems to be doing the trick along with my awful mouthwash 4 times a day.
