My goodness! I'll bet that you will never get a better birthday present the rest of your days! What a wonderful gift from yourself to yourself?! I only wish that I had the forsight, strength and presence of mind to do what you are doing when I was your age. Now you will not miss so many years of your life bound by the chains that being obese weighs us down with; you will liberate yourself and in doing so will further ensure not only your own health, but that of your lovely daughter.

My husband got orders cut to Pitt from his unit. He was given $75.00 a night to stay at a hotel, there are two of them right across the street from Pitt. He was also given gas money round trip and also $27.00 a day per diem for meals. Tell your husband to get to his S1 ASAP for orders cut to the hospital with your surgery date. If you need help let me know! This is a Marine Corps ORDER and he will end up getting like $500.00

I feel your pain I started the 2 week pre-op last Friday it has been an struggle. There has been parties that I had to plan and everything. But I made it this far and you can too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
