Doing UNCRUSTABLES today uggg not my favorite but many people with small children like them.
I am also delighted to report I am now in a size 8 in panties they look soo small compared to a size 14 but hey I am totally loving it.

I am going to wear my black jeans today but looks like I am going to have to wear a belt just to keep them up.
Tomorrow starts my working out schedule and if I havent told you I can easily do 60 minutes on the treadmill may have to work on increasing the time in a week or so.

Size 8 panties?!    60 minutes on the treadmill?!

I love it!    You so deserve all this brilliant success, Annie!

I never cared for the uncrustables either.  Was reading on a frugal website the other day to freeze PBJ sandwiches in baggies in the freezer for cheap food in a jiffy when you don't have anything else to grab and go.  It's not on my "to do list" as of now, but I think it might just work.

I have to head down in 1 minute to put some ziti in the oven for a teacher's luncheon today.  Tomorrow is TGIF...hope you have a great weekend.  Don't work too hard!

my son loves them.  He use to work full time out in the heat and he would just throw 3 in a bag and go.  By the time lunch came around they were defrosted.  When your starving he said they are the best things in the world.  He couldn't take mayo type sandwiches because the heat.

Have fun!

Hi Annie,

Instead of increasing your time, you might want to consider increasing the intensity of your workouts. If you are not using an incline, try adding one. You can start w/.5 and add increments. It really goes a long way toward increasing the intensity of the workout without having to add time. You can even adjust the incline up and down so that it's like walking up and down small and/or big hills outside.

Keep up the great work,

Barb

Guess what Barb,
As of a week ago I have just started putting the incline to the highest setting.
In fact I was able to do 30 minutes at the max setting the other day I wasent sure if I could do it but I did it.

It take 100% concentration on my part but boy am I glad when that incline part is finished.
I have been steady working on adding a little more incline every other week or so.
One more thing when I was working today it is feeling better and better walking around the store without a cart.

Annie,

What is the percentage incline you are using and how fast are you walking ... i.e., a 4, 5 or 10 min mile? You might want to meet with an exercise physiologist that can look at what you are doing and what would help you best develop muscle, strength, endurance and flexibility.

Keep up the good work.

Annie!
You are just unstoppable! I can only hope to do as well as you have done so far. Next you will be shopping for more smaller jeans that don't fall down.

Hi Ann,
The thing that makes me unstoppable is... it took me 3 years to get a surgery date and once I made my mine up to have wls I knew I did not want to be fat and sick anymore.
I finally relized just how sick I was before surgery taking 4 shots a day plus two oral meds for diabetes.
I may never get thin but I know I feel better than I have ever felt in my life.
