Three month appointment!!!

I went for my 3 month appointment today at Southern Surgical and I am 61 lbs down. I was so happy. Dr. MacDonald said everything was going real well and keep up the good work. I can't believe I have lost over 60lbs already. Life is good and I hope it continues to get better.

Yippee! 60 pounds in 3 months...I love seeing that it CAN be done over and over again! Can't imagine what that has to feel like. Good luck as you continue to make your life even better and better!
