Normal feels weird kind of.......
I am using Unjury protein and it is really not too bad tasting. And it mixes a full serving in 8 ounces of water giving me 20 grams of protein per serving. I am able to sip through two servings a day so far. But it does take a couple of hours to get it all in. I am also filling a 32 ounce bottle of water first thing in the morning and sipping on that all day and I think i may actually finish all of that today as I am half done with it already. My DDs (aka Mamabears) are watching me like hawks. SO I can't do anything without one of them coming around to check on me. Walking around the house is allowed but the weather outside isn't that inviting so I am stuck inside. Shakiness seems better today.

What a wonderful post, all in all! I suspect that you need to take in some more protein in order to get over the shakes. Your body has just been assaulted so go easy and gentle with yourself, but do make every effort to get that protein in as you sip. You will be fueling the fire your body needs to recover. Twenty grams of protein a day is not going to sustain you for long. Try mixing in one of those protein bullets with your water. Tastes yucky, perhaps, but gets the job done. And try as much as possible to get in 64 ounces of water (mixed with protein is ok) a day. The biggest problem people face immediately post-op is dehydration. Keep liquids near you at all times and force yourself to sip, sip, sip!
I got in 40 grams yesterday and will get at least that today. No worries. I am hoping today I will finish 32 ounces of water. I see the NUT on Monday and maybe allowed more stuff to eat. We will see.
