I, too, have made this my time - after retiring from one job (I have had two jobs for the majority of 27 years) I decided that WLS was for me and i feel good, too.  Not anywhere near your losses yet, but hope in a year I will be there, too.  And I feel so much better and have the energy to do things that I haven't done in so long.  So I can truly relate to you !
