It's so fun to hear you talk about it, Annie.  I am so excited to know that a little bit of this or a little bit of that is going to quench any and all hunger!

One of my favorite things was and actually still is is warmed V8 with a scoop of Unjury Chicken broth protein pwder. (There is actually no chicken in it so its considered vegan I think) I liked to have my chocolate protein cold then but now I add a scoop of chocolate protein to a packet of NSA hot cocoa mix and add the ho****er to that. Just be sure to follow the instructions to heat the water no hotter than 130 degrees so the protein dissolves and doesn't clump. It is my morning jumpstart.

Mmmm, that sounds good!  I forgot that I do have unflavored Unjury powder in my pantry.  I'll have to start adding some of that to the V-8 and will remember to take a look at the "chicken" broth kind.  Adding the chocolate protein to the SF hot cocoa mix post-op sounds great!

Shauna - you are doing great !  I discovered something new at work last night that you might like, too.
Green Tea with Honey and Lemon - sugar free little packs - I think it was Lipton's... not sure about that part - but I mixed it in my bottle then poured into a cup and heated it.  It was really good.

I like the warmed up stuff best for filling fuller.  Glad you tried the V8...

Talk to you soon.

Oh yummy, that tea does sound good.  Warm is the bomb right now and I am so thankful for your suggestion to heat the V8.  Seriously, it's such a savior.  I forgot about the veggie broth yesterday and am going to go grab a cup here in a few.  I just sent you an email the length of a novel.  I am sooo ridiculously yacky, even with this headache I have this morning!  See you Friday!
