My OH page & goals

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but when the format of the web site changed all of my goals on my OH page showed up that I had reached them all. Clearly, this is not the case because I'm not even having surgery for another 2 1/2 weeks. I have tried to change them to no, but they keep coming up as yes that I've met those goals. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
