Vitamin Supplementation

My surgery is scheduled for 2 weeks from today (January 14th). I was going through all my paperwork and stuff from the visit from my nutritionist so that I can start getting myself (and my cupboards) prepared. Anyway, the nutritionist had given me a paper with a list of all the recommended vitamin supplementation after surgery. She also told me about an all-in-one-option that I can get from bariatricfusion.com. I was wondering if anyone on here had tried it and what you think of it. I saw there are 2 flavors (orange cream or mixed berry). Does anyone have a preference? How long does it take for your order to arrive? Just curious. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

We have a wonderful gal here who is our vitamin expert.   My doc had me taking 2 flintstone vit a day, a B12 and Rolaids.    With the advice of her I now take a centrum silver chewable in the morning and again at night, B12 and 4 calcium citrate with D which i also order online.

I take Bariatric Fusion and I love them.  It is hard to take 4 a day of anything so I mix it up and take two orange in the morning and two berry at night.  My labs have been fantastic as well.  Usually 2-4 days for shipping(free!)  Free travel bottle too. kinda cool  Good luck
