Congratulations on your surgery date--it will be the day that will start your journey to a healthier and happier you!! I had mine surgery 9-19-08 and have lost 55 lbs-diabetes gone for good!! You never really knew how bad you felt until you realize how good you feel now!! I am so excited for you and remember--walk, walk, walk--the faster your up walking the better is in on you!! Walk that soreness away!! God bless and keep us up dated!!
