Had my 6 month checkup

Just wanted to share that I had my 6 month appointment followup-My vitamin levels were great--he said all was well-Dr Davidson was very pleased with my results 65lbs in 6 months-I told him how thankful I was to him-because before the surgery my life was a yo yo with the diabetes and nothing I did made it better-All the exercise and eating right was not working and I was gaining weight due to the diabetes medicine and then having to take insulin on top of that-I told him I felt like he helped me to get another chance and do it right this time. He smiled from ear to ear and shook my hand and said it was a very fullfiling job he had for patients like me who show him that I wanted this and understand what I had to do to keep the weight off. I told him that I was very active on here and also going to the support groups help keep you on track!! He was very proud! I am very proud and I would not change a thing--I would have it done again tomorrow!
