8mths post op no weightloss in 5mths help!!!

just came back from seeing my surgeon and he states something is wrong. He did my lab work,scheduled me with nut, physcial fitness, cardio coach,physiolgist. He wants me to do a calorie counting. i need to eat 1000-1200 a day.. i need help to find something to help me log mu food intake.  Anybody whats a cardio coach, I think its suppose to ck my metabolism.. He said with me having RNY i should  be loosing more weight then i have. I 've lost 30% of my body weight... anybody experience this problems??  ive been so depresssed about this situation.. People state i look great but i still need to loose more... wheni went to the doctor pt didnt believe i was a patient, they thought i was just a visitor.. that made me feel okay but im not happy with myself>> i still kinda see the old me still.. help me guys.

ive tried to just start but the only way the scale would move is if i just stay on liquids.. i cant stay on liquids for the rest of my life. i do excersise 4 timjes a week wether it be arobics or walking. so should a girl do. My appts are not until 4/21/09

Good luck and try not to be depressed. You'll get it worked out and start losing again.

its awesome. you can even imput your one labels if you can't not find an item. it has really helped me with tracking many calories, carbs protein everything.. so yeah hope this helps.

Hi there, sorry to hear about your stall. My weight loss is a bit slower than expected but my Dr. says my hypothyroid could be the culprit. Have your Dr. check your TSH levels. I've been fighting with my thyroid for years now. It is a nasty little control freak!   Good luck with your appointment and keep us posted.

Sorry you have hit a stall.  Since I am still pre-op I can not help to much except by going by what I have read.  Are you getting 60 to 100g of protein a day and drinking 64 oz of water a day?
