Just found y'all!

Hi! I usually post on the main boards for lap band- I just found all the NC peeps!  It is so cool running in to people around town, whom I've not seen in a few months and they notice my weight loss, and when I tell them how I did it- they usually know someone, or have had it themself! It is a small world and I just wanted to say HI to everyone in the beautiful state of NC!!

It's great to meet you! Welcome to NC... I doubt that you'll find a more supportive group of people. This place is truly filled with the warmth of southern charm.

I have a fairly large social networking support group that meets in Raleigh on the 3rd Saturday of each month. We'll be meeting tomorrow as a matter of a fact. I also hold several special interest groups other times during the month, including a "Banders Group." You are welcome anytime. I've grown kinda partial to this board myself. My goal is to make it to Raleigh to the meetup group. The past 2 months, I already had something planned on the day it was scheduled. I'm gonna get there. The people on this forum are very nice and helpful.
