My son didn't see me at the airport! LOL!

My son Chris and his cat Gizmo arrived at RDU last night and I was waiting for him away from his father to see if he could spot me. He last saw me in person in November 2006 at at least 320 pounds. He spotted his Dad right away and then started talking to him about finding the baggage claim yada yada. Terry figured out what I was doing and allowed him to walk right past me with him and then called out where's your Mom? You need to say hi to her too you know. He says okay but where is she? I still kept quiet another minute to see if he could figure it out and then snuck up behind him and said 'Hi son!' He turned around and looked at me and he couldn't believe it was me! It was such a rush! Man it felt awesome!

That's a great story, Annie.  I hope he approved. 

What kind of dog is that you're holding?

That's a mini poodle named Emma. She was boarded with us a few weeks back and I had a great time taking care of her.

BTW, I'm sorry I was a no-show at the Greensboro support meeting last week.  With all the rain we've had, my daughter had a high school soccer game rescheduled for that night and I couldn't miss that.  Oh well, I hope to meet up with you and Rasheeda next month.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Maybe we will see you at the next one. If not the third Saturday I always go to the Raleigh meetup. You could ride along with me if you like.

That's fun!! I can't wait to fool somebody like that!! I might seek people out to do that too. That's lame huh?
