Wow... I can't believe its been 18 month since my surgery.  Life is so wonderful.  I can run and actually catch my five year old.  I'm wearing clothes that I never thought I'd wear. Shopping is actually a joy now.  I'm down from a size 26 to a 12 almost a 10.  I'm working hard on the last 15lbs and don't remember a time in my adult life that I have felt this energized.  There are a couple of updated pics of me and the little one on my profile.   I hope everyone is enjoying their journey and success as much as I am.

Best Wishes to All,
Christy

That is so awesome!!!  I come on this site and wish I had of chosen the RNY, but I was scared of it and my Doc wouldn't advise me one way or the other.  I'm happy with my loss so far, but I just think it would be a lot faster with the RNY.

Good luck with the last 15 lbs!!!

Christy,
I looked at your pictures. You and your daughter are both gorgeous. Congratulations on your successful weight loss. As a preop I love to hear success stories. Thank you for posting. Jackie

It is not the magnitude of our actions but the amount of love that is put into them that matters.
