Sorry I missed the support group tonight.
That sounds like a fun idea! Today I got in a great morning walk with DD. I think her allergies are acting up again because she got a runny nose mid day and couldn't fall asleep for a nap. We went to the gym and then a Scentsy party till 8:30. Wow my little girl was a trooper for not eating dinner until we got home!!
Tomorrow, I'm back at the gym trying to get the next 20 pounds off!

Okay....went to my 3 year post-op appointment, and my weight gain since last year was 7 lbs. My surgeon was appropriately concerned, but didn't make me feel like a failure....not by a long shot! He just helped me to realize that what I've been eating, and the recent lack of physical exercise is what got me here in the first place, and that it can be a fairly easy "fix" if I do what I'm supposed to do!
I'm getting back on track, and have lost about 3-4 lbs already, so I'm feeling a lot more confident in my ability to stay strong and do what I'm supposed to do. He wasn't too concerned with my fasting glucose because my Hgb A1C was normal, so that was a huge relief!
Anyway, thanks to all of you who were so supportive and helpful when I first posted. This message board has never let me down, and I'm so thankful to have you in my corner!!!

Well, did you ever dislike something about you that you keep doing but always think that next time you won't? I have been finding out this about me. It happens when I think I am doing great at something just to learn a couple days/weeks later that I goofed it all up. Man, I hate that. Anyway, today is recycling, laundry and try to study. Tonight, is our virtual support group at 7pm over in Victorious Losers2. Come join us if you want.

Good afternoon everyone!
This morning I got in a good walk with my DD right after she fell and bumped her head on the driveway. Ouch. It's not easy being a toddler!
This afternoon she has Ballet and tap class. I think she'll have a better afternoon once she is rested up and playing with her friends.
I'm hanging out while she sleeps browsing around online job sites. I like to keep up with who is hiring and if it's anything that I could or do. I might have found something today that would pay really well doing more of the same 'sales rep' type jobs I have now. It's always fun looking, isn't it?

Enjoy your day with the hubby! I'm spending my day being sick. I've felt poorly since yesterday. I'm running a temperature and can barely speak. I had to call in to my job which I really did not want to do. My plans for the day are to sleep or huddle on the couch with a blankie.

Today is another day with hubby. I love it when he doesn't have to work on his days off. Not sure what we will do today. I know I should do some serious cleaning but...I've never been really good at it. Maybe if the weather holds, we can go on a long walk. That sounds good. Better yet, wish we had a bike rack so we can get them to the trails.
Anyway, that's about it for now.

Sundays are the last day of my work week (I work weekends). I was so tired this weekend. I'm glad work is over and I can spend the next 5 days with my little girl.
Due to WW and non stop craving for candy I'm scared to weigh in tomorrow. My goal for Monday: morning walk, and free weights for 20 minutes while my DD naps. Next gym day is Tuesday. I am trying to workout a child care baby swap day on Friday mornings. If it works out then I can get in a 30-40 min gym workout on Fridays and thus add an extra gym day. That would be amazing if I could because I lost a gym day due to my DD's new dance class this fall.
