Good luck in getting everything done. I know the feeling. I need to get some things done before I go back to work tomorrow.

I had a set back with my weight last week. I was really upset with myself because I tried so hard to not gain while my family was here visiting. We even worked out together as a family for 2-3 days. I still gained 5 pounds on the nose. I've been working hard for the past week and its all come off today! I'm back on track and so happy!

Today I'm back to the gym and maybe a morning walk if it isn't too cold. Have a fantastic day!

Thank you. I likely will remain active on the NC board because it's my WLS home, even when we do move. Hopefully, I'll be able to find and make friends over on the CA side too. A girl can't have too many friends, can she?

I had my RNY at Duke Raleigh in Nov. I started the process in the middle of Sept. and had surgery Nov. 21 so everything was done really quick. I did exeperience some miscommunication issues but it was all sorted out and I am very happy with the overall experience! I was denied at first (this is where the communication issue happened) but I called them everyday (twice a day at times****il things were sorted out. They have a great follow up program and everyone is really nice. I have even had some nausau issues and allery issues and I emailed Dr. Yoo's assistant Erica on both occassions and she faxed some medicine in to the pharamcy for me. I am happy with Duke and I would reccomend them. Good luck! :-)
