While I'm sorry to hear that you slipped a bit while your family was visiting, I'm absolutely delighted to hear that you got back on the horse and took off the unwanted extra lbs. It's not that you'll never experience any weight gain again, but how you handle it that really counts and you've handled it beautifully!!
Wishing you continued success,

I had a set back with my weight last week.

Today I'm back to the gym and maybe a morning walk if it isn't too cold. Have a fantastic day!
Lots to do today before work. I have to run errands and pay bills, not my favorite thing. Then work this afternoon.
I don't have a lot to share today. I hope you all have an awesome day.

Back to work today! After work, dentist. Then, back home and hopefully get more studying done. Drew and cut out feet all day yesterday. Bet you want to know why, huh? Well, I ain't telling. You can guess. haha!
Have a good day all!!
Lisa,
Thank you. I likely will remain active on the NC board because it's my WLS home, even when we do move. Hopefully, I'll be able to find and make friends over on the CA side too. A girl can't have too many friends, can she?

PS - Dr. Sudan does the Duodenal Switch surgery - no one else at Duke does it from what I understand.
Good Luck.
