Hi all,
Support group tonight at SW Regional library at 7pm. Can't wait to see all who can make it.
Been doing my online training and wow, the benefits are awesome! Can't wait to sign up myself. So, today I go to Dress for Success and get another resume generated, pick up something for hubby that was in for repair and study, study, study.

Hi all,
What a crazy weekend. I am so glad it is over and a new week has started. Had a run in with the landlord over the weekend so I am revisiting a couple of job openings that I have heard about. I don't think commission based jobs are going to work at this time. My hubby keeps bringing up the ACS job that he says I should have taken so I have asked them if I can come on board. There is another job opening that I may have a chance at as well.
Depending on what kinds of responses I get, I will plan my day accordingly. So, I am keeping my day open. What do you have planned?

Hi all,
Stayed home last night. Got a visit from the landlord. We may end up moving...somewhere. Maybe we should just sell everything and move into a hotel. I dunno. Today is church and maybe start on my training for this job I'm not sure I want. I am still going to apply for others.

Hi all,
I wish I could say this has been a great year. I think it has been one of the hardest years. Oh, I know, I am still blessed with many good things. Just found out a friend of mine is having some serious family issues and that hurts. I could go on but hey, we start a brand new year and I am hoping and praying for a good one for all of us.
This coming week is going to be extremely busy for me with lots of appointments and...possibly a tooth pulled, yikes! Today, I start my online training. I need to spend most of the day on this and then I can enjoy tonight. Wow, I wonder if they are going to steam the ball drop tonight. Don't have a TV to watch it. Will have to check. Most of the time, however, I get too sleepy and just sleep through it anyway. Hubby works tonight so I can't do anything about that.
Have a safe safe night all.

That is awesome news Paula!! Congratulations! Sounds like you will be starting the new year in a positive direction :)
I've been cleaning most of today. My daughter turns 21 on the 1st! At least 1 of her friends is coming to spend the night tomorrow and then we will be having a celebration dinner Sunday evening.
Will be meeting a friend for dinner. Not much else going on thankfully.
Oh, I do start my courses at Wake Tech on the 4th!! They are all online so I don't ever have to touch foot on campus. yay!

Hi all,
Well, I got the insurance job! I will be helping people with their peace of mind knowing their identity is protected and they have great legal support. I have some online training to do first. I can work out of my home which is what I need right now.
So, I have two jobs and school. Yikes! I need to manage my time better. So, starting today, I need to pretend I am going to work/school for eight hours.
