Well, got my second phone interview from the insurance company. Also got an interview coming up on Monday in Apex so things are moving along. I still need to get these classes out of the way grrrrr. I need to just sit down and do it. Recycling today also. Saw on the extended forcast we may get some snow next week. I am totally not ready for any snow.

Just had to share because I forgot that I had them! So excited. I'm 9 weeks out from RNY and am down 50ish pounds and for someone who wasn't "that big" at surgery date that is a lot. I'm over halfway to my goal and I just had to purge all my "Big Girl" clothes from my closets. Four 50-gallon trash bags and 4 big boxes of shoes for charity! I kept the one pair of jeans that use to be my favorite jeans before I had even thought of WLS. I can actually fit in one leg of them! I was shocked!
All the guys at work keep coming up and calling me the "Skinny girl". Wow I never thought that would be me! Even the president of the company said I'm not going to have anything to wear because I'm getting so little! Great feeling when even the people that see you everyday can see the difference. You know how it is when you see someone everyday you don't realize what a change is made, well I can't wait to see some of my family that hasn't seen me since the old me!
I just had to share this with all my partners and friends on this wonderful journey!
I hope everyone gets to have a moment like this in their journey. It really does make it all worth it!

I feel like I am missing a day somewhere. Anyway, the drive home yesterday was rain and bumper to bumper traffic from Fairfax to Fredricksburg, VA. We were rewarded with an awesome double rainbow as we approached Richmond! Awesome!!!!
Today is wash clothes, hair and stuff. I got another job bite. They will call back about a second interview. I always avoided insurance companies in the past but this one sounds like something we all need. If hired, I can work from home. I would go to small and mid sized business and ask them if they would be willing to add a couple new benefits to their employees, one is ID Theft Shield and the other is Pre-Paid Legal. If yes, I would give a workshop to their employees. Individual policies are also an option for only $25.90/month. Both are awesome benefits. Hubby has the legal plan and we have used it a couple of times. The ID Theft Protection is something no one is offering. Anyway, we shall see.

Well this has been a good holiday. We are heading back to NC today, but dropping off one of my cousin's kids on the way. After that, it's back to the old grind. Anyway, I don't have a whole lot to say today so you all can chat for me lol.

I am so glad to be with family. It was so much fun last night with everyone talking all at once. I hope your Christmas was a good one. Now on to New Years. Today just hanging out with family. Hubby is still asleep so our day won't start until later.
