Grateful today for waking up to a beautiful day, my WLS, family and friends. Grateful for Support Groups and encouragement of friends. Grateful for my life, health, that my vitamin levels are still right at 4 1/2 yrs post op. Grateful for Obesity Help and all the wonderful people on this website.
