Blanket Buddies afghan

Hi! I have searched all over for my Vanna White book that has this pattern in it. It had the pattern and could be made as a bear or a bunny. I am desparate for the pattern and hope one of you might have it! I bought the yarn and got home and the book is nowhere to be found Thanks in advance for any help you all can give! Gayle D
