Need your help...
I have a friend who wants WLS but has Cigna as her insurance. Apparently not too many Bariatric Surgeons take Cigna, if they do, they are out of network.
Any of you who had WLS have Cigna? If so, can I please have your surgeons name to give to my friend?

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence. I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

Congratulations! I am glad you found us Queenie! PS I found the request and accepted. Our April get together may be too soon after your surgery but keep an eye out here for posts about future get togethers.
While you won't need it, GOOD LUCK!! And make sure you post often so others can benefit from your experience.

I go see him on Thursday this week and can't wait to get yet another great doctor.

He was the surgeon for my wife and I. I can't say enough good things about him. From the start, he was very open and accomadating. He was very smart and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns at anytime. Even in the middle of the weekend or whenever, he would promptly answer our emails. Our surgeries were excellent and we have lost so much weight....The office staff is amazing as well. You are definitely in good hands...
